The note so small fine print:
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form accessible via QR code or through the Love Pilates website. Entrants must include their name and valid email address, and are asked to note the participating business where they discovered the contest in the “optional comments” field.
Each individual may submit one (1) entry only. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Alternatively, participants may visit Love Pilates (Toronto’s Beaches) during regular business hours to complete an in-person ballot entry.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on [start date] and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 30, 2025.
All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.
4. Prizes
Each participating business will have one (1) prize consisting of two (2) weeks of unlimited (1x per day) Reformer classes at Love Pilates, valued at approximately $[insert retail value].
Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place at Love Pilates, Toronto’s Beaches, within 10 business days following the contest closing date.
Selected entrants will be notified by email. In order to be declared a winner, entrants must:
Respond to the notification email within five (5) business days,
Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and
Sign and return a declaration of compliance and publicity release form.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity and Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name, last initial, and/or likeness in promotional materials related to this contest, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and in accordance with the Love Pilates Privacy Policy and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
8. Governing Law
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
